      Pros

      Unlimited PTO that everyone actually uses, great company culture (everyone is young & kind), flexible hybrid work schedule, amazing work life balance

      Cons

      Haven’t gotten a raise in going on 2 years. Upper management keeps pushing back any form of merit and they take forever to respond to us about it. Other than that there isn’t many cons besides ever changing relationships/new expectations from our clients but that’s just how the advertising industry is

      Pros

      - Great people to work with - High-profile portfolio of clients - FTO that you're actually able to use - Decent work-life balance even working 100% remote - Benefits are decent

      Cons

      Promotions and career advancement are incredibly slow. I've only received one 3% raise in the 4.5 years I've been working here despite being up for a promotion for over a year and a half now and EOY reviews being nothing but positive feedback.
