Pros

With flexible hours, Reebee is a pioneer in the work-from-home industry. Both I and my spouse feel that Reebee is like a family, and brings no added stress to our family life. $500 annual Wellness stipend (spend on almost anything related to wellness - food, sports equipment, pre-coverage medical fees) and work-from-home benefit. They don't overload you with work, especially as you are growing in your role. Caring managers and co-workers. Perfect work-life balance. Toby and Michal have gotten the company culture down to a T. Company socials (twice a year, plus many more throughout the year - all voluntary) are legendary. Lots of opportunities to grow, and train fellow employees who are just a bit newer than you. Team is extremely understanding and does a great job of covering for one another and figuring out solutions on the spot. You will learn here, and you will grow as a person here. You are never made to feel like an extra, and you never have to take on tasks that you feel like you can't handle. If you get stuck, there is help. Even with WFH, you'll get to know your coworkers and eventually the whole company if you keep coming to the coffee chats and donuts! CEO takes your ideas, suggestions, and concerns seriously. There is an anonymous feedback form where the company checks the pulse of how everyone is feeling about changes in the company, just to make sure that everyone is on the same page. CEO, co-founder and managers are VERY willing to give you their time, even though they have a lot on their plate. I have worked at some not-as-understanding companies in the past, and needless to say, Reebee will be my new standard for work from here onward. Keep going at it team, you're going to revolutionize the world of work! During my three month probation, I felt almost no stress. If I had even a bit of stress or even a minor misunderstanding with a colleague (let's see, there was a total of: 1), talking to my manager instantly resolved that stress, every single time. Once I was done my probation, me and my manager sat down and were like, "oh yeah, did I pass my 3 months already?" "Oh yeah, I think you did!" I wish I could give Reebee SEVEN stars. For the first time in my life, I am actually looking forward to my next performance review. Although I have not asked for accomodation, I am on the spectrum, used to be chronically underemployed, and live a somewhat nontraditional lifestyle outside of work. Nevertheless, I have felt 100% safe and accommodated here. You get to do a lot of independent work, without much interaction with the team, but when you need their help they are there. You get three to four weeks of vacation time per year. August 2022.

Cons

Starting salary is a little low. Co-workers don't always know exactly where you are in the training process. That's all I can think of for now, and it does not in any way outweigh my 5-star rating. Responses from teammates can be a tiny bit slower with the flexible schedule, but it's still very good.

Pros

Ability to work from home. Not much.

Cons

They don't tell you that they have tracking software. Dishonest and lacking integrity. Not cool. I would suggest running FAR FAR away from this company. Even if you are desperate for employment.
