Pros
You are able to work with a great team made up of the best and brightest in a niche field. The company is strong and growing rapidly. There is a suite of great products to work on and departments to align one's self with making for a bright future at rfxcel. If you are a self starter, enjoy working with innovative products, enjoy sales and have a broad range of interests then this is the company for you.
Cons
There are few cons about rfxcel. However, I can see people that enjoy and thrive in a traditional office atmosphere struggling with a workforce that is predominately remote. However, as the company grows I see that being less of a con in the future.
