Pros
Company has a lot of potential growth in the budding pharmaceutical track and trace business with increasing demand for such technology both domestically and internationally.
Cons
Senior and VP level management make many on-the-spot decisions (reassigning employees, altering responsibilities, changing procedures, etc) and require immediate implementation to the point of calling other department managers to implement the change regardless of time of day. No consulting with the affected departments occurs and if the manager opposes, the Senior or VP management will become extremely aggressive (to the point of yelling) in demanding their change be done no matter what. Requests for support for projects are often ignored. On the rare case they are approved, the new hire/transferred employee will rarely fulfill the minimum knowledge requirements requested (programming languages need to know, understanding of design principles, etc). Management would then push onto the department to train them on the basics they were supposed to already know without allotting more time due to the current work load. Company-wide status meetings upper-management will put blame on other departments/groups for shortcomings in 'joking' comments.
