      Remote You get to take brbs (limited though)

      Constant Micromanagement and weekly reviews All they care about is your stats Fake advertising - made out to sound like they care about their employees and are flexible Makes you wait 6 months minimum to apply for other jobs but they usually require 1 year

      Pros

      Nice employees overall. Offices are nice and the Wednesday lunches are fun and tasty. Games in the break room are fun too.

      Cons

      Senior management is in constant flux. Employees seem to feel lost when it comes to direction of the company. Fear permeates.
