A lot of facilities that made the working environment really fun and interesting

No cons I can think of

1. Management who listens - employees are free to suggest and feedback anything to the management. 2. Opportunity to learn - there are many opportunities to play different roles in this start-up environment. 3. Small size but colleagues are like family. 4. Good benefits & perks - constantly improving the perks like adding console, tv, plenty of pantry supplies, etc so that you feel home in the office.

May not have very structured processes and need to handle multiple projects at the same time.
