      The pay was pretty competitive and they allowed remote work

      Cons

      the place is a pit of vipers, everyone is fighting to be on top and blame for anything that goes wrong is shoveled down to the lower level employees, very toxic work culture

      Teach you the skills. Supervisors are both very helpful and help accommodate your schedule. Raises and bonuses at the end of year. Work volume not to demanding.

      Manual operations make it feel outdated. A lot of family members work together
