Pros

I have been working at srcLogic for 2.5 years and this has been my first job out of college. I have enjoyed my time at the company and am excited to continue my journey. -Great training program for new hires to immerse you in business consulting, general coding languages, and BPM technologies. -Management is responsive and transparent about upcoming projects and each employee's career trajectory. -Growing company so it has many leadership opportunities (project management, technical lead, scrummaster, etc.) for all motivated employees regardless of age. -Continuous learning is very important so they offer financial support for technical certifications and masters degrees. -If you are interested in learning more about other aspects of the company (such as winning contracts, recruiting, training new hires, marketing, community service) you are not limited to your job description and can learn a lot. -All the employees are passionate, smart, hard-working people who are great to work with.

Cons

I do not have much experience to compare this position with so my only con is: -This is a consulting firm so most of the work is at client sites, that environment can be tough to thrive in if you and your team are not confident and self-motivated. These skills are taught in training though so the company does prepare you well. -If you volunteer to help with other aspects of the company, that work is done outside of normal 9-5 hours so you do need good time management skills, but it gives you more contact with the partners which leads to better visibility at the company.

Pros

-Remote Opportunities -Investment in training (8/10 weeks) -Visibility to company leadership/high-level decision making -Young company culture -Competitive Salary

Cons

srcLogic primarily utilizes Pega software, and most entry-level roles will focus almost exclusively on it. When applying, it's important to research Pega thoroughly. However, if you demonstrate interest in other software/career path that could contribute to the company's profitability, srcLogic may offer a role in that field.

Pros

Most people hired out of college, nice to be starting with other recent grads Early emphasis on training and skills development

Cons

Role is really more software development than consulting Company does not have full-time staff for internal functions so consultants have added responsibilities Company is reliant on government contracts Leadership preaches transparency but doesn't follow through, often shows favoritism Lack of career opportunities/development other than software-focused roles Compensation lags behind other companies that use low-code software
