High growth company with stable revenue pipeline. Small company with helpful co-workers. Great opportunities for growth and advancement. Training reimbursement.

Pay is monthly but working to move to semi-monthly.

My colleagues were amazing to work with.

The CEO moves in a very shady manner when working with other businesses and clients. The CTO is not only rude and condescending, but lacks clear direction and vision for technology strategy. The client projects were behind schedule. The CTO and Head of Operations are brothers which shows clear nepotism. HR was a joke since they didn’t know how to enroll an employee into the health plan. There was little to no communication between the expectations of management and senior leadership. If you’re a candidate in the job market, run as far away from stackArmor as possible.
