Pros
I first applied for a Customer Success role where I fell short of its German language requirements but got on really well with the hiring manager and fortunately got a call back a few weeks later to say they had an opening for a role in the UK team.
The whole process was really smooth; Marco was an absolute pleasure to liaise with and so supportive throughout. In spite of being post-Covid times, where all interviews were conducted over the phone and video call, I instanted felt at ease with both of my interviewers so it didn't feel like a remote experience at all.
Since I accepted my offer there's been a pleasant influx of LinkedIn excitement and everyone I've spoke to seems lovely so I look forward to starting properly in March. The company is only 50 people and it
