suitX decided not to pay for the fraudulent invoices from RCQ Consulting Services because: 1) the invoices were exaggerated ($5000 per week), 2) the invoices had no work description, and 3) the work done by RCQ Consulting Services was substantially substandard. suitX has a high work standard and has zero tolerance for inept consultants with fraudulent and exaggerated invoices.
