      Pros

      The products have advanced a lot and solve a real need.

      Cons

      There isn't a culture of execution or accountability. Deep cuts in sales, marketing, product (they got rid of the entire product team?!) Lack of transparency. Poor internal communication (took weeks to update the company on a big restructure)

      Company and client base are growing fast, internal tools and platforms need to scale up Manual work can be automated by developing internal tools and platforms
