Pros
Over the past year and a bit, I've worked on two exciting and diverse projects at the.good.code;, collaborating with great customers whose mindsets align perfectly with the company's principles. Both projects were written in up-to-date technologies which I find important for professional growth. I appreciate how the.good.code; and their customers value the time of developers, with very few unnecessary meetings, allowing me to focus on creating software. This approach increases productivity and demonstrates the importance of an uninterrupted workflow, which is invaluable especially working part-time.
Cons
Both projects I have been working on were executed by small, T-shaped developer teams, what can be challenging due to diverse responsibilities, however it has expanded my skill set, both technical and interpersonal, and drove my professional growth.
