Pros

You get to meet people from countries like Singapore and Thailand and India, etc. A good primer on the relationships between publishers and agencies.

Cons

Some useful positions are never hired so most people scramble to multitask. Actually hurting the company.

Pros

- The CEO is a kind and humble person, which allows top management to create false reports based on deceit. - The CEO is unaware of the situation because they place complete trust in what top management tells them. - Top managements are incompetent and easily manipulated by their staff, allowing you to deceive them on nearly anything and they will still believe you. - Career advancement is driven by political alliances rather than performance, so forming a political group against others is necessary to progress. - Hard work isn’t rewarded here; in fact, putting in effort may lead to punishment. - The hiring process is driven by nepotism rather than professionalism, allowing incompetent friends to be brought on board.

Cons

- Almost everyone here is toxic, particularly the top management. They created rules only for themselves to ignore. Only they are allowed to break the rules. - Top management consists of liars, gaslighters, and manipulators, so if you hear rumors about suicides, there’s a chance they could be true. - The positive reviews here appear to be fabricated, while the negative ones are definitely accurate. - The salary is significantly lower compared to other companies, leading to constant complaints about pay. - Career opportunities are virtually nonexistent unless you excel politically. Most of the top management may be incompetent at their jobs, but they’re skilled at securing political support.
