Pros

Fully remote work, free snacks at the office

Cons

C-Suite makes terrible decisions then lays off hundreds of people every 6-8mo when their decisions turn out to be as terrible as everyone thought they would be; they're gutting entire teams then saying they want to focus on that area of the business only a few months later; removed 1 week vacation from American employees' benefits; slashed the Education budget by over half, completely removed team budgets for socializing events; bonuses don't match what the messaging around how successful the company is and promotions are few and far between - and when you receive a promotion there's a good chance it's in title only with no additional compensation

Pros

Great culture, everyone is friendly and motivated, the company is always growing and there is a lot of opportunity.

Cons

There's almost too much effort on the part of management to constantly be improving things, revising processes, collecting feedback.

Pros

Remote environment, helpful ICs, good tools, decent education budget. Before 2025 the culture was good.

Cons

After PENN leadership took over company outlook is very bleak. Due to incorrect decisions, and lack of guidance or proper vision every quarter is failing. Layoffs are done on a quarterly basis, which has ruined morale. Due to layoffs and fear led culture work life balance isn’t there, it’s a very top down company now. C-suite and senior leadership is very bloated, leading to a very top down micro management style culture.
