- Super talented people that care deeply about their craft - Fully remote work - Company helped with relocation since the war started - As a publisher working with a third-party studio, tinyBuild can multiply you game's success

Cons

- No expertiese in developing their own games at AA scale - Lack of trust in internal studios to make creative decisions - Seagull management. Months of absence are followed by abrupt periods of micromanagement - Executives use chatgpt for communication and management decisions - Intransparency in company's plans, policies and vision - Absence of corporate culture - People are fired in one day without notice or severance pay - Crunch culture

Pros

Pros: - The company helped with the relocation process - Interesting & diverse projects and tasks - People except management are great, passionate about their work, and professional. It was pleasant to work with them - Rapid growth of competence due to different & challenging tasks - Some other bonuses such as English compensation, medical insurance, & days off

Cons

All you see in the negative reviews unfortunately is true. - Lack of transparency. It's not clear what the company's goals are and what they expect from their employees therefore you never know when and why you can be fired. - Straightforward lies from management or hiding information even if you ask questions directly - The company is not interested in workers’ personal growth and promotion. They can fire you and hire “new blood” as a replacement the very next day. What happened to me is that my colleague in my team first was fired without any notice and I was doing the job that used to be done by 2 people for a year. Then a new colleague for my team and the same area of responsibility was hired behind my back. And after one month I was laid off without any notice. - Crunch culture, overtime is normal and not paid - Top management is usually absent and is not deeply involved in all the processes but knows well who they should let go - Speed over quality
