Pros
I've worked here about 3 years and I've never had an issue with anyone. Everyone is very friendly, nice, and approachable. Whenever I have a question, I can always find someone willing to help me. I've read some of the reviews on here and the words "popularity contest" and "cliquey" were thrown around. Yes, many people at tk1sc have become friends, chatting at work, on lunch, and even outside of work. But, they are anything but exclusive. Everyone is always welcoming to new comers. I remember my first couple months of working at tk1sc, everyone would introduce themselves to me and many people would remember my name and say "Hi" to me in the hallways before I could even remember their names. People make an effort here to greet the new people and make them feel welcome. tk1sc does a lot of office lunches and parties to bring people closer. Everytime I attend one, I speak to someone new. In the 3 short years since being with this company, I have grown so much. They TRULY want you to grow and I believe they will help you in any way they can as long as you're willing to put in the work. They have a coaching program to meet with your boss multiple times a year and go over all the things you can do to grow in the company. This company does everything it can to improve itself and its employees.
Cons
I have nothing negative to say about this company. Except maybe, I'm not a fan of the sandwich lunches....but they're free for me? So, I guess I have nothing bad to say...
