Seriously, you guys need to read them, all those reviews tell are the truth. You will think then why so many people are working for them, well you can also, if you have no regard for contracts and being honest and truthful. It is a cheap company, and if you don't stand by any moral code, go for it, as they will pay you market competitive salary. So if you want to go just for money (and you have no other better company to go), it might actually be a workable choice. The company is actually deceptive in quite a few things. They will tell you one thing in writing and do the other thing in action. And I repeat, sort the reviews by lowest rating and go through them, you will find what is actually going on. Still, here is a summary of the bad reviews: - Lies - Toxic and manipulative management - Legal documents to trap you to work for at least a year - Going against their own word to trap you for a year by causing you minor financial damage - Unnecessarily pressure environments - Fake online culture for marketing - Very less growth - 3 months notice period
