HORRENDOUS company to work with, AVOID!!! - Project Manager translate plus Employee Review

Thank you for your feedback. We are disappointed to hear that you are only voicing your concerns after you have left the company. The work of a project manager always carries a certain pressure, as translation is a deadline-driven world, but this is exactly one of the things that makes the job exciting. We do not wish for anybody to work regular overtime. We encourage anybody who feels that they don’t have a choice but to work overtime in order to get their work done to speak to their manager or HR and we will be happy to sit together and to find a solution. We also encourage anybody to speak to our training officer who can provide very useful time management and other training.
