Many of the employees started their careers at true[X] and never left. This reflects a lot in the company's culture Egos are huge and makes completing cross-team projects very difficult Some executives are more concerned with optics than actually doing their job Personalities at the company are pretty divided/cliquey Sales/marketing employees do not seem to be knowledgable about or have experience with how to work with creative teams, under a proper creative process, which funnels work very inefficiently If you are a creative, stay far away, unless you have experience with and enjoy working with demanding ad executives, come in ready to take charge and make a change, are strong-willed and hard-headed, otherwise you will be run over.
