Flexible hours, great area. Smart group of people that always offered to help when there were issues and able to address our clients needs right a way.

Long commute to work. We had to do too many unrelated projects besides tech support.

Flexible management style, energetic and lively startup environment. Highly technical management provide guidance and coaching on latest technology. I worked there for 2.5 years and learned the latest web technologies from my boss.

Demanding work environment. Requires long hours and sometimes work over the weekend to meet deadlines. Also, many times you have to ear multiple hats in order to satisfy the management's requirements.
