      good learning opportunity for those starting out

      Cons

      leadership has no idea what they are doing. random business decisions, layoffs. no job security. woeful systems after 10 years of existence. work life balance is non existent.

      Mavens is full of people who truly live their values and love what they do. My first few weeks have been great and I'm sure it will continue.
