Very toxic culture of blaming and unrealistic expectations. Your success is based on random and out of your control factors such as the season and time of the events, your portfolio and even the letters you are given yet you would be the problem if you are not selling an absurdly unrealistic target, every single month. Every small decision takes too long because of micromanagement and inefficiency. No growth opportunities and work-life balance is a joke since there is only one day of remote work based on their lack of trust and failure to build a proper employer-employee relationship. All great colleagues have already left and the rest are looking for other jobs.
