      Pros

      True remote flexibility to design and animate from my own space without ever feeling isolated. There’s a high level of autonomy. Management trusts my vision, which allows me to push my craft and experiment with new styles.

      Cons

      Being a top-tier agency, the pace is fast. You need to be great at managing your own schedule to stay ahead and you have to be intentional about working hours and taking breaks.
