      A clear vision and cool team environment. Studio is in the heart of Munich and a great location. The Game is on track to be something special.

      The hours can sometimes be long, but its all part of the fun being in a start up.

      Pros

      Great team with very capable and motivated people. Things move fast and decisions are made quickly. High ownership across the team and a very hands-on culture. The game is improving steadily with every iteration and playtest, which makes the work feel very tangible.

      Cons

      Still a growing company, so some processes are not fully in place yet.
