1) As a new employee, I may not have yet experienced any potential issues within the company, which may not be reflected in my review. 2) By only writing a positive review, it may seem as if I am overlooking any potential areas for improvement or growth within the company. 3)There may be a perception that my review is biased if it only focuses on the positives, which could impact the credibility of my review.
