Pros

The most important pro from zenloop is the way they value their employees. From the interview process to the onboarding within the company and the integration, the team makes you feel very comfortable as a new employee. The energy in zenloop is very dynamic and people are very open-minded. The goals are very well defined.

Cons

The start was a bit overwhelming considering zenloop is a start-up that requires fast thinking and action from the beginning.

We do understand that the onboarding period can be quite overwhelming considering it is a lot of input and learnings to digest. Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. We are assigning a "zenBuddy" to every newbie. The "zenBuddy" is an employee that is guiding the newbie through the first weeks at zenloop and can help with any questions or concerns. We also encourage all employees to always address questions in the weekly 1 on 1 meetings with their direct Manager. The Onboarding period is designed to learn and ask as much as you want. Pros

Salary on time Laptop bought by the company, brand new. Even if I could not choose which. Money is burning well, feels warm.

Cons

Not recommended to anyone who is not super desperate. Lacking big from a technical and business side (most of the business side has less than 9 months in the company because previously a lot of people were 'let go') Ultra micro managers and controlling tendencies. Lack of trust is beyond expertise, it is more about ego and superiority feelings. The worse is gaslighting people and hiding that people are fired (it is wrong in too many levels). They said people left to study again or things like that. They need to hire juniors because more experienced people would understand the level of wrongness achieved in this company. I wish I would have read all the reviews before I decided to join. I cannot believe the positive reviews are written by actual employees.
