I worked at Enfatico as a contractor

    Pros

Responsive and positive management, great salary and benefits, great office culture.

    Cons

It is a fairly corporate office if that isn't your thing, however they are a laid back corporate office.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    Cool office
Nice people for the most part
Easy job (doesn't take much brain capacity)
Some flexibility in work/life balance, depending on who your boss is

    Cons

One single client, so work becomes monotonous
Promotion is based on how well you kiss @#$
    No raises or recognition
    Seniority means nothing
Disorganized and management has NO clout

    Advice to Management

If the company is finally profitable, give raises to the people who do the work and got the company there.
Grow some B@%%$ and stand up to the client.
    Empower employees

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

great people. big global client. competitive salaries. nice offices. for the most part you're not crushed by the work load.

    Cons

management is nonexistent. agency has no traction with its largest client thus agency is pushed around and can't find its creative voice. or the client's for that matter.

    Advice to Management

Hire people who actually might have worked in advertising agencies or design firms or even marketing companies in the past.
