After having been out of my industry for two years, I began the grueling task of job searching. I started working with COUNTLESS recruiters at several different companies, and felt like I was just another client looking for a job. Steven Capitelli reached out to me on LinkedIn and have had the best experience with him. He was extremely communicative, pushed for me to get the best offer, took initiative when following up (with not only myself but the company I was interviewing with), was very transparent with me throughout the whole process and was always available for advice regarding interview prep, questions, etc. In the end, I received and accepted a job offer and couldn’t have done it without him. Truly an awesome guy and I HIGHLY advise anyone and everyone to work with him!!!
