      Great stepping stone, not a place you can stay and develop a career

      Work hard, learn from some of the best and brightest in the industry Gain large amount of experience hands on Opportunities for transfer within company Work with and for amazing hospitals in the Boston area

      Cons

      Lack of opportunity for growth Promises are made to employees that are never withheld Zero communication between upper management and front line staff Company takes advantage by offering promises of growth and quick movement on less pay Well underpaid when compared to the general Boston area and field Not a place you can stay and build a career unless you are a senior staff “favorite” The only word that comes to mind in regards to culture is “unappreciated”

      Pros

      It used to be a good company with good people and great work environment.

      Cons

      Under new administration, the workplace has become oppressive, tyrannical, dictatorial, diminishing, and disrespectful. Please be careful before accepting a job here, you will be treated much worse than the fume hoods.
