      Pros

      At the time had really good health care benefits, and good locations to work. Ability to work many tasks for experience.

      Cons

      Salary was quite small, at the time, and TOO MANY BOSSES to appease. At the time of leaving, no HR Representative working at the company. Kansas City VS Springfield office might as well just been two separate companies because the attitude, helpfulness and aggression of the two offices were completely polar opposites.

      Make your own schedule sometimes

      Cons

      Get called to emergency response without additional pay. Have to work overtime but you will not be paid for it because everyone is on a low salary wage. Company events always include a lot of alcohol. No incentive to get licensed. All management is stressed and severely unorganized. Little room for good quality training.
