      Pros

      Can have no experience in marketing and sales, and they give you the same opportunity to move up in the company because it’s all based on how you preform which is great! As well they have a homie work environment where everyone there wants to see you do good and succeed.

      Lot of opportunity to advance with high pay for strong candidates. Strong support network. If you are willing to work hard and put in time and effort to learn you will advance quickly.

      Cons

      Long hours rigorous work environment must be willing to work hard and take your work very seriously. Not everyone can be successful.
