Pros
If you really do not know anything and want experience , you can learn something. You definitely can have good basics in IoT related systems both embedded firmware and embedded linux.
Cons
The salary will be delayed as much as possible , sometimes you fed up and quit even before that. You will be forced to work for more than an year as they will not release experience certificate. They may also ask advance payment from you. they also forgot to pay electricity bills and internet bills sometimes. Your starting salary will be less than housekeeping staffs.
