We recognise that clarity around pay, hours, and expectations is essential, and where there has been confusion or inconsistency, that understandably causes frustration.
We are currently reviewing how pay structures, working arrangements, and communication are managed to ensure greater clarity and transparency.
This work is being supported by strengthened leadership focus, including the appointment of a new Commercial Director to help improve consistency, communication, and standards across the business.
