      Decent pay but poor management and no support

      Pros

      Decent salary, nice small town and pretty decent people overall.

      Cons

      Work load, misalignment, some supervisors and management not qualified to manage departments and people, no childcare in the area and the company does not care about that- you need to figure it out because you are required to be on site, you pay for gym and rec centre contrary to what they advertise. You pay for additional health benefits./ insurance.

      Great pay, Got a good manager in planning team.

      Cons

      Too remote. Also couldn't upgrade my insurance plan as they are only changeable every two years.
