I worked at ExecuNet full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

The management team is excellent and a pleasure to work for. All teams interact with each other very well which makes it easy to fully understand how the organization operates as a whole. Very flexible working hours and a good work/life balance.

    Cons

As with many small companies, advancement is challenging and salaries tend to be lower than with larger companies. Benefits were good for co-pays and small procedures and most procedures are covered but not all.

I have been working at ExecuNet full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great small company with a good product but very poorly implemented.

    Cons

The middle mgt team can talk their way around anything but have little to no idea what they are actually doing. There's no mentoring and good new ideas are brushed aside because implementing them would rapidly put the directors out of their depth. The employees who are actually doing the work have no say in what systems are used or what ideas are implemented. At least 2 of the directors are vaslty under qualified for an online product. There has been no progress since I started there many years ago.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, stop burying yourself deeper with salary "deferrals" (everyone knows they're just pay cuts). Like it or not your employees know what they're doing. They have better ideas than you. Stop letting your egos get in the way. Not everything has to be a MGT idea. Stop outsourcing to 3rd party's when a much better product could be built inhouse and it would actually work. Be honest with your employees and trust them. Not 1 single person there is a spring chicken

    I worked at ExecuNet full-time

    Pros

If you have somehow convinced them to hire you for a management position your ability to fail up has no bounds.

    Cons

A 52 week salary deferral that turns into a "2 week salary deferral and then a pay cut that we defiantly notified you about but can't provide any proof that we did".

    Advice to Management

Pay the piper. You did something that was illegal to all of your employees. Make good and pay back the full 52 weeks of salary deferral to ALL employees past & present. You messed up. We can understand that. But don't hide behind lies that are easily disproven.

Your positive reviews could only be written by one person because they are grammatically all over the place. Consistently.

And no severance when you let someone go? Really? Nothing?

I worked at ExecuNet full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Not sure there are any anymore

    Cons

Poor raises, no bonuses, "salary deferral" that was really a pay cut in disguise, no room for advancement, worthless health insurance. Management doesn't listen to employees, instead tries to mislead them. Morale among employees is in the toilet.

    Advice to Management

    Give up
