Pros
Pretty much everyone that works there is super friendly and helpful. Many have been there almost 20 years. Managment are friendly and open to conversation and ideas, and support employee work-life balance. Most clients love their service teams, too. As long as work is getting done, the management team joins in the "down-time" to play darts, corn-hole, egg hunts, and fun off-site meetings! The office generally has a relaxed-vibe to it.
Cons
Some of the employees could get a little carried away with the relaxed-vibe and fun-stuff. It wasn't terrible but, the noise level could be a little distracting while working, and the sarcasm and playful bantering of others got old for me. Some of the employees seem complacent in their position.
