    Pros

Great and fun group of people to work with! Good work/life balance. Management are not micro managers but are great leaders.

    Cons

Face pace and high demand environment. Requires travel and possible weekend/night work due to client demands. Insurance benefits could be better but aren't too bad.

    Pros

    GREAT people.
    Interesting work.
    Travel opportunities.
Insight into other industries across the US.
A lot to learn in a field many don't even know exists.

    Cons

Some weekends and holidays required (depends on position).
Not a lot of upward mobility available.
Leadership is great but has been around awhile and can be a little "old school".

    Advice to Management

Less talk about innovative approaches to management and more obvious action from the highest levels of the organization. Add much more diversity (gender, race and ethnicity) to upper management.
