Managment is close, more like family - which isn't bad but can make hard decisions harder because of all the emotional connections. The owner is great and has a big heart.

This company was by far the worst I’ve worked for. I consider myself to be quite good at what I do, I love this industry I truly do but when I worked for them I have never wanted to change industries so bad. They don’t pay their bills so you have to make excuses to your vendors constantly. They don’t pay for proper online marketing so therefor your traffic is noticeably slow, then they genuinely yell at you for not having higher numbers but do not give you any of the tools that most companies give you. Most of the staff I knew in this company was miserable. They would make you cold call constantly and I mean like 1000+ calls a month instead of providing proper ways to get traffic in this day and age. We did not even get a credit card for our property for months. We had to use our own money. They will not let you order the things you need to repair residents apartments. The Christmas bonuses is a 150 Walmart gift card after over working you all year and paying you only $50 per lease. They accuse you of doing nothing whilst at work when you are clearly doing more than ever required. It is honestly concerning how this company still is able to hire employees. There are people at corporate who will become extremely hostile with you but never get fired regardless of numerous complaints iykyk I never leave reviews but this company will never sit right with me.
