Pros

If I would have to name one it would be the steady paycheck.

Cons

There are a lot to list. I worked for this company for nearly 2 years. A lot of favoritism is shown by this company so much that the most under qualified employees receive promotions. I was required to train my supervisor if that tells you anything. The turnover rate here is outrageous which is what led me to seek out a better opportunity . They will receive resignation from employees and neglect to fill the position, instead they add the responsibility of the vacant position to another employee and you are told to pretty much deal with it because everyone else is doing up to 5 things at once. They try to force you into positions you don't want and the gossip is pretty consistent. You pretty much are walking on eggshells here. They write you up for calling off less than 5 times in a year yet reassure you of the value you have to the company. Nearly everyone with the company is looking for another job due to the way it is ran. To attempt to bring this to the attention of upper management is just a waste of time because the ones that are driving good employees to leave the company can't do anything wrong. It's a joke and if you are considering employment here unless you want to find yourself looking for something else steer clear.

Pros

Coworkers feel like family, Benefits from day one, company buys food for employees when doing good.

Cons

Lower pay then neighboring companies, if you work on warehouse side manager won't let you move jobs to a better paying job, insurance is worse I ever had, Mandatory over time lasts to long due to too much inventory to receive in, Worst management ever, crowed due to little space left for parts.
