The new chief of party has made positive changes to the structure, and USAID has added additional areas of work for this project.

There is limited promotion opportunities, and the management for the DSG is pretty bad- he is very intelligent, but lacks management skills, including how to encourage and how to make constructive feedback. Only men are in the leadership position.
Some times of the year and the month you will not get out of here with less than 60 hours in a week.
