      it was interesting working here. The cultural was fantastic. The leadership created opportunities for the junior staff.

      Not many development programs. Very busy environment, with lots of work to do. Lack of time to plan

      Pros

      At FINTEC I work as a part-time Recruitment Consultant and I really appreciate flexibility in my working hours which allows me to study as a full time MSc HRM student at the university at the same time. Moreover, at the office hub people are always ready to support each other and share experience / know-how with other team members. I am proud to be a part of the FINTEC recruit team.

      Cons

      I can genuinely say that I do not feel there are any cons in working for FINTEC recruit.
