      Supportive environment with rewarding projects at a challenging pace

      Pros

      - Company genuinely cares for their employees. The client work and pace can challenging, but when you need time personally, my manager was incredibly supportive, and my co-workers covered and had my back! - The projects are very rewarding - travel and planning - two things I love and get to be around great people. - Constantly learning new skills!

      - The pace and volume of events is always a challenge and that has been the case no matter where I have worked. It's the nature of the business.

      The event team is helpful to each other and want eachother to succeed Decent time off - but good luck taking it Insurance and benefits are good

      Cons

      SeniorManagers have little visibility with the team. Salarys and bonuses are not merit based and provide little to no reason to work harder Everyone is completely overworked
