Pros

The best company culture I have ever been a part of. Great team dynamic. FTSi.Tech really tries to live up to it's motto "Your success is our focus" both internally and externally. A lot of room for growth. Values servant leadership and those that add value are rewarded with more opportunity.

Cons

Typical struggles that any small company has. Nothing I would call an out right con.
