      Pros

      Great kitchen, fully stocked; good investments in hardware/software.

      Cons

      A very small staff (under 50) protects the owner from federal labor requirements and he is well aware of it. Appearance counts for more than skills or experience.

      Bad coding and incorrect web strategies Boring. Horrible SEO Strategies. Just view their websites Owner is unprofessional, egotistic, and ignorant. Owner insults employees and talks down to them. They play favorites.
