Pros
1) Fast moving startup means you have room to grow with the company and will have a seat at the table. If Farm'd grows big, your resume and work experience grows big too. 2) Cool mission. Farm'd is working to build a more transparent and direct food system. If Farm'd succeeds, it would create a cleaner, healthier food system centered around local ingredients. 3) Located in Buckhead's Atlanta Tech Village (ATV). Cool work environment (like a WeWork) with coffee, snacks, gym, game room, garage parking, right next to I-400. 4) Great team. Everyone here wants to be here. Solid leadership team with lots of experience. Already well funded with a clear path towards their next round.
Cons
1) Small team. If you're not performing, there's nowhere to hide. 2) Start-ups aren't for everyone. The expectations are that you work hard, solve problems, and take responsibility for things that you think are right.
