    They very formal and honest, they have a very good sense of the respect for the consultant.

    Cons

    They don't have a real professional development.

    Advice to Management

    Just to be more proactive to the professional development of the employes

    I worked at Fast Dolphin as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    They honor their contract and follow through. Pay in time and take charge of expenses and administrative chores. Good company if you already have experience in what you do. Not for learners, they assume that you own your game and you should do so.

    Cons

    They could review performance more frequently. Also they should take care of international travel insurance. Consultants in the company do not know each other.

    Advice to Management

    Take care of consultant relationship and create a peer to peer environment.
