Don't do it
Mar 5, 2023 - Sales Associate/Cashier in El Paso, TXRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Literally none. Maybe that you can make a friend or two at work... that's about it.
Cons
*Everything comes out of your pocket. Mishaps, food/snack items on break, and even the very uniform you wear if you quite before 3 months. *Communication is most certainly lacking. No room to justify yourself, being scolded like a child, then everyone proceeding to pretend everything was fine. People talk at you, not to you (and I'm saying this coming from other work experiences). *Cameras and voice recorders everywhere except for in the bathroom stalls. They aren't watching for customer behavior... they are watching for YOURS. *I was told I would be working a different job, which was what I applied for. Then I was trained in another. Based on your preference, this could be good or bad. *No room to climb the ladder. Decent starting job if anything. That's about it. Good luck to anyone going in. *Worked here for about two weeks and dipped. I have never seen any more red flags in my life.

Fast Track Inc.
Jan 3, 2023 - Sales Representative in Tysons Corner, VARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Commision was somewhat high. Job performance required driving to different local neighborhoods and businesses. Marketing for Verizon.
Cons
There was an overall toxic work environment. The managers were either very passive aggressive or blatantly rude towards employees. You were required to put the job and your overall work performance over your own health and needs. No work-life balance whatsoever. Commision based pay only, so no residual income at all.

Don’t work here
Jan 23, 2023 - Marketing Intern in Falls Church, VARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
It’s good exercise because you’re on your feet all day.
Cons
You’re on your feet all day because you aren’t allowed to sit in the office because there are no chairs. Then you have to change from a suit to a business casual outfit in a McDonald’s or your car before you knock door-to-door. Scam company.
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Thank god I quit fast.
Cons
They lure you in with an interview only to reveal at the end that you will be doing door-to-door sales.

Cons
Long hours outside, disorganized staff, misinformation, disrespect and lack of leadership.

Pros

Cons
Companies like this especially this one is literally bunch of scammers. They send their associates in the field all day make them walk non stop knock doors, bother people and managers sits in the office all day and play video games. They dont pay enough. Places like this are the worse places you can work at. Their office is very dirty btw.

Misleading and Rude
May 8, 2021 - Commissioned Sales Associate in Falls Church, VARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Competition incentives. Most employees are also surprisingly generous.
Cons
Very rude/Mean boss. Claims to be "Customer Sevice" but is actually "Door-to-door" sales. Excessively long hours & small commission checks. No residual income from commissions.
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
It's a fun company to work at. I got a lot of experiences working with this company. Overall it was enjoyable.
Cons
Long hours but it's manageable.
