-Extreme favoritism: promotions, recognition, and discipline are handed out based on personal relationships, not performance. -Stores are run into the ground — repairs are delayed or ignored, equipment stays broken, and corners are cut everywhere. -Prices for customers keep going up while employee pay stays stagnant. Hard work is not rewarded. -HR is ineffective. Complaints and serious issues are swept under the rug or quietly dropped. -Corporate only values opinions from ASM level and above. Everyone else is treated as expendable. -Employees are pushed to constantly appease customers, even at the cost of burning out staff and creating a toxic work environment. -Leadership talks about “values” but fails to practice any of them.

- Upper Management doesn't really care about you - HR doesn't have your back - While usually the teams are good, they don't exactly get rid of flakey/ncns/bad employees - Upper Management only really talks to you (outside reviews) if your in trouble - They punish people who report problems if you do the slightest thing wrong when reporting more serious stuff - Inconsistent work load for managers, if you are told you won't have to do something you likely will have to - Harsh Chemicals/Loud mechanical environment - Little to no transparency between the hierarchy levels - Little to no freedom, your constantly being watched and it's anxiety inducing - Written statements will be used against you/they will ignore parts to try and push blame onto you - Unfortunately there's a non-insignifacant amount of misogyny that upper management isn't really concerned with - They will let you drown if you fail to understand their bare bones training - Very easy to burn out here
