Crazy amount of under qualified upper management that stay because they are family friends. So many people have walked out of this place within the last 3 months it’s absolutely terrible!! Only 1 person out of 6 or 7 had a job offer which says a lot! The fact that this place is so terrible that people are willing to leave with no backup plan is VERY TELLING. This company and family does not respect or appreciate people who are qualified and educated to do their jobs! Our HR department isn’t even certified! WOW! It’s a revolving door of ridiculousness!!!! Benefits suck and are expensive (I’ve gone to the marketplace because I couldn’t even keep my doctors I’ve been going to for years under their crappy plans) & they use third party insurance vendors. We just had to switch to a new one because the other one we changed to in December was federally indicted like how crazy is that?!???!!! Pay is only low for those who are not family friends or for those that do not seem like they come from a wealthy family. No growth and the president is a complete joke! He has no idea what he is doing and is stuck in the 80’s. Principles will simply sell you a dream during the interview process, DO NOT TRUST IT. They hold no loyalty to anyone, not even their tenured employees! again, WOW! RUN FROM THIS PLACE AND DECLINE ANY OFFER BECAUSE IT IS NOT WORTH IT!!!

So many Cons. No work life balance So much nepotism Switching people back and forth from salary when they see fitting (scamming hard working employees) 9-6 you must be at your desk no matter the work load (so when you work late to finish job it's okay but if you leave early because you finished everything that's not okay) So many employees lack a sense of urgency forcing others to pick up their slack Gossip driven environment CEO plays favorites with one of the VPs Upper management plays favorites with specific team members If you're from an affluent family you're the only one with good taste Receptionist marks down the time you enter and exit the building and looks at you with disgust if you're late even 5/10 minutes (you're like a prisoner) The whole team cannot go for a team lunch except for the CEO & owners favorite teams which are eCommerce key accounts and product development They don't value or develop strong talents everyone can be replaced so not a place for growth If you're okay going to the same place at the same time doing the same thing and getting paid the same 5/10 years into your career this is the PERFECT place for you!
